Vendor applications are now being accepted for the 2025 Pine Tree Festival. The vendor information packet and application are available by clicking the green button below. Check-in will be offered on Friday, May 2nd and Saturday, May 3rd. There is no additional fee to check-in, set up and sell on Friday, May 2nd.

Vendor Area

All vendors will be located in the Emanuel County parking lot on East Main Street (red area highlighted on the map). Check-in will be at 119 East Main Street. The yellow arrows indicate the parade route along North/South Main Street.

 Vendor Information

All vendor applications for the 2014 Pine Tree Festival & Southeast Timber Expo are due by

3:00 p.m., Friday, April 25, 2014.

 

Set-up will be held from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday, May 2nd and 6:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m., Saturday, May 3rd.

All vehicles must be removed from the vendor area by 7:30 a.m.
