The Grand Parade

The Grand Parade is a beloved Pine Tree Festival tradition. It begins at 10:30 a.m. and proceeds north on U.S. Highway 1 until turning onto West Church Street and then continuing South on Green Street.

Established in 1946, the Pine Tree Festival will be celebrating its 78th annual event in 2025. The Emanuel County Festival Foundation, the organizing body of the Pine Tree Festival, is excited to invite you to join in the many festival events. Festival organizers are looking forward to celebrating the 78th Pine Tree Festival with you in grand fashion in 2025! This year’s festival will feature lots of fun and entertainment for the whole family, so be sure to visit us in beautiful downtown Swainsboro on May 2nd and 3rd, 2025.

Presented by the Pine Tree Festival, Rhythm & Pines showcases local and regional talent on multiple stages throughout downtown Swainsboro. Enjoy music by the Swingin’ Medallions, Sam’s Drive-In Band, Perpetual Motion Band, Rhett Blount & Friends, and the Gospel Stage.
